395ALIVE Wednesdays

395ALIVE Wednesdays is the newest addition to Club395’s rhythm — a bold, weekly live cypher and performance night built to showcase, uplift, and connect Bristol’s emerging music talent.

Running every Wednesday from 9PM to 11PM, directly after our free open day, 395ALIVE is run by a new grassroots collective of artists and promoters who’ve grown through the Club395 community and are now taking the reins to ignite a regular live music platform for the city.

Each night follows a consistent, high-energy format:

• 🎤 The Pit (9–10PM):
  A live open mic cypher where MCs, singers, poets, and musicians can spit, sing, riff, or experiment in an open jam format. It’s raw, immediate, and ever-changing.
• 🎙 The Stage (10–11PM):
  The top acts from The Pit are selected on the spot to perform short 15-minute showcase sets, offering a chance to level up, shine, and gain real crowd momentum.

Genres rotate weekly to keep the space fresh, genre-diverse, and inclusive:

• Week 1: Hip Hop & Rap
• Week 2: 140 & Grime
• Week 3: Singers / Musicians / Live instrumentation
• Week 4: Showcase Finale — the best of the month return for a headline-style evening

📸 A resident photographer and DJ are confirmed each week to create high-quality content, artist reels, and shared visibility.

🎤 Hosted by Prince Alfy, a dynamic figure in Bristol’s underground scene, the night brings together the raw energy of cyphers with the platforming power of structured sets — all for just £3.95 entry.

The long-term goal is to build a consistent, collaborative music community rooted at Club395: where young talent can return, grow, build fanbases, and be celebrated on a real stage, not just open mic-style flash moments.
